Over the years, Jim has been involved in thousands of multifamily units both as a General Partner and a Limited Partner. With over three decades of experience, he has successfully built several businesses, including a global manufacturing and distribution company. Jim's approach to investing is both practical and strategic, aiming for win-win outcomes for investors and management teams. To date, he has acquired over 3000 units and maintains an active portfolio of 2000+ multifamily units.

Brady Barker leads investor relations at Black Cedar Investments, where he has facilitated millions of dollars in real estate investments. He excels in building genuine relationships with investors and ensuring a high-quality experience for all stakeholders. Brady’s expertise includes capital raising, investor relations, due diligence, and partner relationship management.

Additionally, Brady runs a consulting firm and serves in the US Army National Guard. Before joining Black Cedar, he played a crucial role in the acquisition of 700 multifamily units and the sale of 400 units, surpassing their initial projections. He holds an A.S. degree in Business Administration from Utah Valley University and began his real estate career managing and leasing a portfolio of 300 units, including single-family homes and small apartment complexes.
