Jim started his multifamily journey buying his first 8 unit building in 1991. Fast forward to today, and he has been involved in many thousands of multifamily units both as a General Partner and Limited Partner. He is a 30+ year seasoned business executive and owner, successfully building several companies including a global manufacturing and distribution company. Jim takes a very practical but strategic approach in maximizing the opportunities for a win-win approach for both the investors and management teams. Jim has acquired over 3,500+ units in the US, successfully exited out of 1,800 units (2017-2021) and currently is involved 2,200+ units.
